The Challenge


Scandinavia Only is a specialist tour operator that has been providing packaged holidays since 1973. A long time Attercopia customer, we recently completed the third iteration of its hugely successful website.

The primary goals for the recent project included:

  • Streamlining the booking process and bringing the collection of customer details forward in the booking journey
  • Improving browsing experience on mobile/tablet devices
  • Better use of photography across the site
  • Improving CMS and page editor to make maintenance faster and easier

Our Solution


  • Custom build using a powerful holiday management platform. The new website is fully responsive with imagery that looks great no matter what screen size the visitor is using.
  • The powerful custom search tool allows free text search plus a variety of filter options based on holiday type, activities, season or location.
  • Improved navigation options, displaying all available category options in a clean and easy to browse dropdown menu.
  • Migration of large amounts of page content from legacy system, optimising and cleaning unwanted HTML tags and style information to ensure no visual inconsistencies on the new website.
